Job summary

Finlay Jude Associates Limited is recruiting a Trainee Field Technician to join our team across the Southwest region. The role involves recording acoustic data across water networks, working outdoors in urban areas, and liaising with supervisors to meet targets.

Successful candidates will have a full UK driving licence, be comfortable with outdoor customer interactions, and undergo full training. Flexible hours and a company vehicle are provided to support field duties.

Responsibilities

• Record acoustic sound files across a water distribution network using digital equipment.
• Work independently within urban/suburban environments.
• Liaise with supervisors and meet targets.
• Interacting with members of the public during fieldwork.
• Assist in leak detection activities.
• This is a manual role which may involve lifting, bending and long hours driving.
