Ernest Gordon Recruitment is representing a Bristol-based company for a Trainee Field Service Engineer (Coffee Machines). The role offers full product training on coffee machinery, a stable workload and a supportive, growing team.

You will install, service and repair machines across Bristol and surrounding areas, with Monday–Friday hours and 1 in 4 weekends on call; a £26k–£30k salary plus a van, fuel card, training and progression opportunities.

Are you looking for a mechanical-based field-based role with a company who offer full product training on their coffee machinery, stable role with no overtime work or long hours and a great working culture?

Are you interested in working for an up-and-coming company opportunities to increase pay through progression opportunities?

In this varied role you will be working to install, maintain and repair an array of coffee machinery, covering a primarily Bristol patch. There will be training on their machinery by shadowing and mentoring from their established technicians alongside structured training at their facility.

This close-knit company have been providing both outstanding coffee and excellent machine servicing for over 10 years. They are growing rapidly with clients across Bristol and expanding to London. This is a great opportunity to train as a coffee machine specialist and develop as the company grow.

This role would suit a for a mechanical-based field-based role with a company who offer full product training on their coffee machinery, looking for a Monday to Friday role at a profitable and growing company where they will be looked after.
