Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair coffee machines across the Bristol area. Full product training will be provided, with progression opportunities in a growing company that values a hands-on mechanical skillset.

The role is Monday to Friday with on-call weekends as required, offering a starting salary of £26,000–£30,000 plus a company van, fuel card and benefits. Excellent training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background required with willingness to learn coffee machinery.
• UK driving license required.
• Willing to travel Bristol and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Installations, and planned and reactive maintenance on coffee machines.
• On the road across Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Interact with wholesale partners as a company representative.
• Monday to Friday, 90am - 5pm, 1 in 4 weekends on call.
