Morepeople is recruiting a Trainee Area Sales Manager for the West Midlands & North Wales region. You will work in a developing, field-based role with progression to a full Area Sales Manager, handling a developing customer base and seeking new opportunities.

The package includes a basic salary circa £35,000–£40,000, with a bonus potential up to 40%, plus a company car and wider benefits. This is a genuine development opportunity within a UK business.

Qualifications

• Some previous sales or commercial experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with customers
• Proactive and self-motivated approach

• Genuine desire to develop within field sales
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer relationships across the region
• Grow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with independent retailers and trade customers
• Plan customer visits and manage your own diary
• Develop understanding of territory management and field sales
• Identify new business opportunities within the region
• Work with the wider sales team to support growth
• Build product and market knowledge and represent the business professionally
