Job summary

Glen Callum Associates seeks a Trainee Field Sales Executive to join a leading provider of automotive repair and refinishing products in the UK. The role covers Manchester, Warrington, Stockport, Crewe and surrounding areas, with full product training and mentoring to develop into a Technical Sales Representative.

You will establish relationships with bodyshops and dealerships, demonstrate products, and deliver technical support while growing sales across your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or technical product sectors is advantageous.
• Confident communicator with good relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven and keen to develop a career in field sales.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with bodyshops, accident repair centres and dealerships.
• Demonstrate automotive repair and refinishing products and provide technical advice.

Do you have experience in Technical Sales, Product Sales, Internal Sales, Telesales or Customer Account Management and are looking for the next step into a field-based sales role? Perhaps you are an experienced sales professional from sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, construction, machinery, tools, equipment, industrial products, automotive or other technical industries.

Alternatively, you may have a strong customer service / customer facing background, excellent communication skills and the ambition to build a successful career selling high-quality products and solutions.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Trainee Field Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative to join their successful team. You will receive full product training, ongoing mentoring and hands-on support to develop into a successful Technical Sales Representative / Field Sales Executive.

The Role

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.

About You

• Commercially driven, enthusiastic and keen to develop a career in field sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
