Job summary

Glen Callum Associates is seeking a Trainee Field Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative to join their team across multiple UK locations, including Telford. The role offers a £40,000 OTE package with a basic of £28,000+, company car, bonus and pension, plus 32 days holiday and full product training.

You will develop new business, manage accounts, and demonstrate automotive repair and refinishing products while building strong relationships with bodyshops and dealerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, automotive aftermarket, bodyshop, accident repair, paint & refinish, commercial vehicles, engineering or technical products would be advantageous.

Do you have experience in Technical Sales, Product Sales, Internal Sales, Telesales or Customer Account Management and are looking for the next step into a field-based sales role? Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Trainee Field Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative to join their successful team.You will receive full product training, ongoing mentoring and hands‑on support to develop into a successful Technical Sales Representative / Field Sales Executive.

The Role

• Full UK driving licence.
