Job summary

Fort Recruitment is seeking a self-motivated Trainee Field Engineer to install and configure sensors and monitoring equipment on the Wastewater network. The role is full-time and permanent, with comprehensive training and a company vehicle.

You will travel between sites, work outdoors, and gain hands-on experience with sensors, instrumentation, and confined spaces. A manual driving licence is essential, and no prior experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence for manual gears is essential.
• No prior experience is necessary as all training will be provided for the role.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn quickly during training.

Responsibilities

• Drive between sites and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Install and maintain a variety of sensors and instrumentation.
• Lifting, carrying and moving equipment, including chamber covers; entry into confined spaces.
