Job summary

Fort Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Field Engineer (Water Industry) to install and configure monitoring equipment and maintain valves on the clean water network. The role includes a fully expensed company vehicle, full training, and progression opportunities, with a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday.

Training will be provided, and you will gain certificates in the field while progressing through the salary scale during the training period.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence for manual gears is essential.
• No prior sector experience is necessary as training will be provided.
• Previous electrical or mechanical experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive between sites and work outdoors in all weather.
• Lift, carry and move equipment and chamber covers.
• Enter and work within confined spaces.
• Install and maintain mechanical and electrical instrumentation.
