Job summary

Jenoptik seeks a Trainee Field Engineer to join its Field Team in the Farnborough area. The role supports Field Engineers in installation, maintenance, and data management for ANPR and related Jenoptik technologies, with UK-wide travel.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, independent work skills, and a readiness to learn and progress within the Field Operations team. A clean UK driving licence and security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Engineers and Engineers on site or field assignments.
• Assist with site surveys and calibration tasks.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Produce service records and timesheets.
• Update stakeholders on progress and SLA status.
• Ensure asset data integrity in the service system.
