Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Engineer to join a home-based role covering North London and surrounding areas. You will learn through full specialist training while conducting building performance tests with ventilation, airtightness, acoustic, and heat transfer assessments.

No extensive prior engineering experience is required; a positive attitude and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in engineering are valued.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out building performance testing, including ventilation, airtightness, acoustic and heat transfer testing.
• Travelling to customer sites across North London and surrounding areas.
• Full specialist training provided from day one.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, no weekends.

You will receive full training from experienced engineers, learning to use specialist equipment and technology while carrying out a variety of building performance tests across a local patch.

The Role

• Full specialist training provided from day one

• Travelling to customer sites across North London and surrounding areas
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• No weekends, call out or overnight stays
• Company van and fuel card provided
