Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Engineer to join a training-focused engineering team. Home-based with coverage across York, Leeds, Selby and surrounding areas, you will receive full hands-on training and support from experienced engineers to become a specialist in building performance testing.

The role is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with no weekends, call-outs or overnight stays. You will be issued a company van and fuel card, paid travel, and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Looking to start or develop a career in engineering
• Minimal engineering experience required
• Practical or hands-on background advantageous
• Engineering qualification, apprenticeship or similar beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ex-Forces candidates encouraged to apply
