Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (2:2 or above) by Sep 2027 or later.
• Degree subject relevant to estimating role.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of cost plans, budgets and detailed estimates for tenders.
• Review drawings, specs and tender docs to identify scope and cost implications.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for competitiveness.
• Support bid responses and work-winning strategies tailored to clients.
• Coordinate tender documentation and submissions within governance and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Pre-Construction, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
