Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Junior Estimator in Sevenoaks. You will join a thriving construction contractor and receive full training and qualification support to become an estimator.

The role offers a clear progression path and hands-on training across residential, education, and healthcare projects. Based in Westerham with site visits across London, South East, Kent and Essex, you will support the tender process end-to-end, learning to take-off drawings, produce costs and submit

Qualifications

• Construction-related qualification or experience.
• Strong maths and MS Excel skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Support tendering from enquiry through to submission and handover.
• Take-offs from drawings and cost production for tenders.
• Work closely with the Commercial Director on bids.
