Trainee Estimator - Residential Groundworks Redditch (Office-Based)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Pension + Clear Progression + Family-Run Contractor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Estimator to join a well-established residential groundworks contractor and build a long-term career in civils estimating from the ground up.

In this role, you will work closely alongside an experienced estimator, learning the full tendering process for residential groundworks schemes. You will assist with tender takeoffs and pricing, support the team in hitting deadlines, and gradually develop your knowledge of civils costs, methods, and materials. With structured in-house training and hands‑on support throughout.

The ideal candidate will have a construction background, ideally with some knowledge of groundworks or civils, and above all a genuine desire to learn and build a career in estimating.
