Connells Group in Birmingham is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join the Kings Heath branch. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and a clear career pathway within Connells Group, a market-leading property services business.

You will learn the estate agency model through a structured development programme with exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes, supported by industry-leading training and a defined progression path.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

• Generate and book property valuations
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales
• Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
