Job summary

Dexters in London invites you to start a career as a Trainee Estate Agent. You will build relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords, and you will learn how to run property viewings and support the conveyancing process.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training, an uncapped commission structure, fast-tracked progression, and generous holiday allowance. This is a lively, supportive environment where you can grow quickly in both Sales and Lettings.

• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
• Qualify buyers and tenants and design tailored property viewings.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and advise on mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Assist with conveyancing by coordinating surveys and liaising with solicitors.
• Oversee tenant referencing to ensure timely completion.

Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
