Job summary

Dexters in London is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent who can build relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords. You'll learn everything needed to succeed in the property industry.

No prior experience required; we offer industry training, apprenticeship pathways, uncapped commissions, and rapid progression in Sales and Lettings across London.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a bubbly personality are highly valued.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
