Dexters in London is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent who loves people and wants to grow a career in property. No formal experience required; we provide industry-leading training and an uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings in year one.

You will qualify buyers and tenants, arrange tailored property viewings, and help with referencing, conveyancing, and paperwork, while enjoying generous holiday entitlement and a range of perks as you progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys and following up with solicitors.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants to complete it efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day As a Trainee Estate Agent

• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
