Trainee Estate Agent

At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator in our residential sales team in Weymouth. This entry-level role involves learning all aspects of the Estate Agency model through an industry-leading development and training program.

You will help clients find their dream homes. We will train you to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales. You will also be encouraged to identify opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
