Job Title: Trainee Estate Agent

Location: Byfleet HQ

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Salary:

OTE: up to £27,000.00 per annum (Year 1)

Main Responsibilities:

The main responsibility is to identify and maximise business opportunities from external and internal leads, supporting the branch network with booking viewings, appraisals, and valuations.

Daily Activities include:

1. Making outbound calls to existing and new clients to engage interest
2. Receiving inbound call enquiries and dealing with them efficiently while maximising business opportunities
3. Identifying opportunities within these leads by recognising whether the client has a property to sell/let, mortgage, and solicitor requirements
4. Following up valuations to stay in regular contact with clients until marketing
5. Assisting local offices by generating valuations for the network of 30+ branches
6. Working towards set performance targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service
• Exceptional customer service skills with a great telephone manner and rapport-building ability
• Confident and articulate in verbal and written communication
• Ambitious, resilient, and consistent
• Keen to learn and develop property knowledge
