Your role as a Trainee Estate Agent/Trainee Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage sales through to exchange and completion. You will also aim to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor whenever possible.

Skills and experience required

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
