Job Opportunity: Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes

We have an exciting opportunity for you to start your career in the property industry with a company that invests in its people and provides first-class training. You will need a full UK driving license and your most recent CV.

What You Will Receive:

• £25,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car (Full UK Driving License required)
• Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm on four weekdays, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your Training Journey:

• One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
• Industry-leading training through individual and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay during training at our Colchester Centre

Role Responsibilities:

• Market properties to potential tenants and homeowners
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Generate leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Continue training and development with mentorship support
