Job Profile

Your Move Eastbourne is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move, which includes 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. Industry experience is ideal, but as full training and support will be provided, we require evidence of relevant transferable skills in sales and customer service.

In return, we offer:

• On Target Earnings (OTE) Pay up to circa £25,000 plus per annum depending on the role taken.
• Basic salary £19,000 plus 3 months guaranteed commission pay.
• 5-day working week, including Saturdays on rota.
• Pension Scheme.
• Career Progression.
