Your role as a Trainee Estate Agent/Trainee Sales Negotiator

The main responsibilities include generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales to exchange and completion. You will also schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required

• Preferably experience in sales
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Excellent customer care and customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
