Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction, and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements, and our client’s contract specifications.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
- Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to our clients.
- Build trust with clients on-site to foster dependable, long-term, and positive relationships.
- Maintain the credibility of Enitial by representing the company positively in the field, keeping equipment, vehicles, and PPE clean.
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, following established protocols.
- Work collaboratively within regions to build morale and offer help and assistance where possible.
- Report deviations from methods or non-conformances that could impact data integrity to Area Managers, Data Analysts, and Account Managers.
- Manage time effectively by reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements to the Scheduling/Project Controller.
- Accurately manage data according to client and company requirements, reporting to Data Analysts promptly and correctly.
- Identify potential on-site work opportunities that could benefit Enitial and improve client sites.
- Prioritize safety during fieldwork, proactively reporting accidents and near misses to Area Managers and clients in line with policies.
- Remain compliant with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working application during on-site activities.
- Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure samples are compliant and properly handled.
- Assist with on-site training for new employees, supporting their onboarding to be friendly, engaging, and inspiring.
- Complete routine administrative tasks, including expenses and vehicle checks, through central systems on a monthly basis.
