Job summary

Qualifications

• 12-month EMHP training with supervision

• Accreditation through BPS or BABCP registration

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver, under supervision, outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions to children and young people in education settings experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties
• Support children, young people and their families in self-management of presenting difficulties, principally anxiety and depression
• Signpost referrals to relevant services and help schools develop strategies to promote emotional well-being
