In order to succeed in the role of Trainee Electronics Technician you will need to have a range of skills including good fine motorskills and hand eye coordination as well as a basic soldering. You will need to be motivated and happy to work in a hands on engineering environment. This role could suit and engineer/technician straight from there apprenticeship or even a college leaver with a basic technical understanding who is looking to start a career in the manufacturing industry.
