Rubicon Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Trainee Electrical Assembler in Bournemouth. No experience needed; you will be trained from day one and paid £13 per hour with yearly pay reviews.

The role offers direct employment, a permanent position and in-house training with a focus on learning to assemble, test and solder under supervision. Overtime is available and a modern, supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on interests in electronics, model making or computer building.
• Background in manufacturing is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures closely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components from start to finish and perform in-process testing.
• Learn to follow technical drawings and SOPs.
• Use small hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Learn to solder to a consistent standard with full training provided.
• Test finished assemblies using specialist test equipment.
• Work safely alongside the shop floor team.
