Job summary

Colten Care is partnering with RED Driving School to train you as a Driving Instructor. The programme offers up to 80 hours of training with a RED trainer and back-office support, allowing you to qualify at your own pace while fitting around your commitments.

The pathway provides a guaranteed opportunity to join RED Driving School as a qualified instructor, with the PDI Trainee Licence route enabling you to earn while you train and build a lead in passing the DVSA Part 3 test.

Qualifications

• A full UK licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 3 1/2 years.
• To have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
• To have no more than 6 points on your licence.
• To be a 'fit and proper' person (in the opinion of the DVSA).

Responsibilities

• Training to become a Driving Instructor with Red Driving School.
• Deliver fantastic customer service and teach people the skills of safe driving for life.
• Help pupils to pass their test with the minimum of hassle.
• Join one of the largest Driving Schools in the UK through RED's trainee pathway.
