Job summary

Colten Care, via RED Driving School partnership, is recruiting Approved Driving Instructors to share essential life skills with learners across the UK. If you’re an experienced ADI, this role offers the chance to join a large, trusted network and benefit from a proactive diary system and prepayment of lessons.

You’ll have opportunities to develop into Fleet Trainer or Instructor Trainer, with flexible hours to suit your life balance and a strong earnings position in a scalable franchise.

Qualifications

• ADI or PDI qualification required.
• People person with a passion for teaching.
• Self-motivated, well organized and reliable.
• Ability to manage a diary and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving life-skills to learners.
• Help learners progress to Fleet Trainer or Instructor Trainer roles.
• Operate a diary system and coordinate with the contact centre.
