Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide - and due to record learner demand, we're recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support. Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour.

Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week; 40 hours/week can reach £50,000+. You can work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time, within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the DVSA framework (Parts 1, 2, and 3) with structured lesson plans.
• Provide in-car coaching and support to trainee instructors.
• Teach learners locally across the UK and manage flexible schedules.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)
