My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and due to record learner demand, we are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing support are provided.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earning potential of £39k per year for 32 hours/week or over £50k for 40 hours/week, offering flexible weekday, evenings, and weekend work within a 30-minute local radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and assess progress.
• Attend the Training Academy and complete in-car coaching.
• Provide structured lesson plans and ongoing support to learners.
