Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK with no prior experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k per year (32 hours/week) or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part/full-time, with local teaching areas.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Attend DVSA training modules and complete Parts 1–3.
• Deliver driving lessons as a trainee instructor after qualification.
• Work with the Training Academy to progress and gain confidence.
