Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. We provide full training and ongoing support, with no prior experience required. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, and you can earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours per week, or £50k+ at 40 hours.

Teach locally with flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends. Dual-control car options are available through partners; training academy offers comprehensive in-car coaching

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous experience required – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners and give constructive feedback.
• Plan and adapt lessons to match learner levels and progress.
• Guide learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training when applicable.
