Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide & we’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience needed; full training & ongoing support provided.

Lesson rates typically around £38 per hour; earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week, with higher earnings at 40 hours/week. Train locally, with dual‑control car options via partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally within a 30‑minute radius.
• Work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends, part‑time or full‑time.
• Assist learners to pass DVSA tests through structured in‑car coaching.
