Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support through DVSA Parts 1–3, with online learning, live classroom sessions and in-car coaching to help you qualify.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour. Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week, or £50k+ with 40 hours/week. You can choose hours to fit your life, teaching locally within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train complete beginners through DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured in-car coaching.
• Deliver lessons locally and work with flexible hours to fit your life.
• Support learners with ongoing coaching and feedback to build confidence.
