Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour and earnings can reach up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week, with higher earnings at 40 hours. You’ll train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with structured in-car coaching and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence with 3+ years of experience
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learner drivers in a trainee role after completing training.
• Follow the Training Academy curriculum and DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and coaching guidance.
• Work flexibly to cover local areas within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
