Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support, including DVSA progression through Parts 1, 2 and 3, with lesson plans and resources.

Earn around £38 per hour on average for lessons, with potential to reach £39k annually at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• DVSA Parts 1–3 training required and completed through the academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners within a defined local radius.
• Follow the Training Academy curriculum and lesson plans.
• Support learners through DVSA progression and assessments.
