Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are now recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to record learner demand. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Work hours are flexible, and training includes a Trainee License after DVSA Part 2.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
• No previous experience required - training provided and ongoing support

Responsibilities

• Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
• Training through the new Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans, resources and in-car coaching.
