Job summary

My Four Wheels is a nationwide driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. We offer full training, support, and flexible hours, with no previous experience required. You’ll train through our academy and progress as you gain DVSA parts 1–3 qualifications.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour. Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. You decide your schedule—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• No previous experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support.
• Train through our Training Academy and pass DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3.
• Teach learners across the UK within a 30-minute radius once qualified.
