Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No experience required; full training is provided through our new Training Academy.

You will learn through online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching, progressing through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and ongoing support to qualify with confidence. Earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k/year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners once trained.
• Attend the Training Academy and complete DVSA Parts 1–3 with support.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius (6–8 postcodes).
• Maintain safe, responsible driving practices and student progress.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in 5 years
