Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, with DVSA progression to Parts 1–3 and structured in-car coaching.

Earn around £38 per hour per lesson and up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week; 40 hours/week can push earnings above £50k with flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners under supervision
• Attend Training Academy online learning and in-car coaching
• Work flexible hours as trainee instructor
