Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to record learner demand. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible working options.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Training through our academy covers DVSA Parts 1–3 and includes comprehensive materials and coaching.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• You'll train through our new Training Academy, designed for complete beginners.
• Training combines online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching. We guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and provide lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.
