Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide. We’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK with full training and ongoing support. You don’t need previous teaching or driving instructor experience to apply.

Earn around £38 per hour for lessons, with potential to reach £39k a year for 32 hours per week or £50k+ at 40 hours. You choose when to work—weekdays, evenings, weekends; training via our Academy covers DVSA Parts 1–3 with in-car coaching and

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and provide lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.
• Train through our new Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching.
