Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates are around £38 per hour, with potential earnings up to £39k per year for a 32‑hour week and £50k+ for a 40‑hour week. You’ll train through our new Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with structured in‑car coaching and lesson plans.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA requirements: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners as a trainee instructor.
• Complete training through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with support.
• Train with our academy using online learning, classroom support and in‑car coaching.
• Teach locally within a typical 30‑minute radius and flexible hours.
