Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required, as we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings potential around £39k per year for a 32-hour week, and £50k+ for a 40-hour week. You’ll train through our new Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with support to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• No formal driver teaching experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA-aligned progression from Parts 1, 2, and 3 to qualification.
• Ability to learn and apply coaching plans and lesson structures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons once trained under supervision.
• Attend Training Academy sessions and complete in-car coaching modules.
• Help learners progress through DVSA licensing stages and achieve assessment goals.
