Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star rated driving school with nationwide coverage, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training through our Training Academy, online learning, live classroom support, and in-car coaching, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1–3.

Earn around £38 per hour, with potential to £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week, plus flexible hours and local postcodes.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons under supervision as part of the Training Academy.
• Help learners progress through DVSA Parts 1–3.
• Cover local areas within a 30-minute radius.
