Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide in the UK. No prior experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible working hours and nationwide opportunities.

You will train through our new Training Academy and progress as you complete the DVSA exams. Expect to start earning with an hourly rate around £38, with potential to reach about £39k/year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week as you gain

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points and no driving bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Receive full training through DVSA Parts 1-3.
• Coach learners to achieve driving test readiness.
• Teach learners in 30–60 minute sessions within the programme.
