Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required; full training is provided through our Training Academy, with online learning, classroom support and in-car coaching.

Instructors teach learners locally, with typical rates around £38 per hour and potential earnings of £39k–£50k per year depending on hours worked. Flexible schedules allow weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for the required period as per DVSA guidance.
• Willing to undergo full training via the academy and DVSA Part 1, 2 and 3 preparation.
• Excellent communication and a flexible, customer‑focussed approach.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers and support their progression through DVSA stages.
• Provide high quality, safe driving instruction within a local radius.
• Maintain learner progress records and participate in ongoing coaching sessions.
