Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

You’ll train through our academy and teach learners with rates around £38 per hour. Earnings estimates show up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA requirements apply: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years; no more than 5 penalty points; no bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across 6–8 postcodes.
• Deliver structured driving lessons with support from the Training Academy.
• Provide ongoing guidance to trainees to help them qualify with confidence.
